- Redevelopment Projects – Three projects in Santacruz West, Goregaon West, and Malad West, contributing to the remaining GDV.
- Land Acquisitions – Arkade secured 17.5 acres in Mumbai’s western suburbs, with a projected GDV of ₹6,790 crore.
