Mumbai-based luxury real estate firm Arkade Developers Ltd saw its shares climb 4.17% on June 16, 2025, following the announcement of a ₹2,000 crore residential project in Thane, Maharashtra. The stock touched a high of ₹199.45, up from its previous close of ₹192.10, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s strategic expansion.
Strategic Land Acquisition in Thane
Arkade has acquired a 6.28-acre land parcel at Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, for ₹172.48 crore (including stamp duty). The project will feature a mixed-use development with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore and a RERA saleable area of 9.26 lakh sq. ft.
The development will include 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences, along with retail and commercial spaces. It will offer scenic views of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and benefit from excellent connectivity via Metro Line 4 and the upcoming Thane-Borivali twin tunnel.
CMD’s Vision and Market Outlook
Arkade CMD Amit Jain emphasized the company’s focus on community-centric, well-designed housing and highlighted Thane’s rapid infrastructure growth as a key driver. He also noted FY25 as a landmark year, citing the acquisition of a 4-acre Goregaon land parcel with an estimated GDV of ₹3,000 crore.
