Industry Outlook & Future Potential

India’s decorative paints market, valued at ₹72,000 crore, is projected to grow 10% annually over the next decade, driven by housing demand, urbanisation, and premiumisation. Despite this growth, India’s per capita paint consumption remains low at 3.5 kg per annum, compared to the global average of 10 kg, indicating significant expansion opportunities.
