How to Check CBSE Results 2025

Students can access their results through multiple platforms:

  • Official Websites: cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in
  • DigiLocker: Digital marksheets will be available on DigiLocker
  • UMANG App: Results can be accessed via the Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance (UMANG)
  • IVRS & SMS: CBSE may activate an IVRS-based result retrieval system and SMS alerts for students without internet access

Steps to Check CBSE Results Online

  1. Visit the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in)
  2. Click on the ‘Results’ tab
  3. Select Class 10 or Class 12
  4. Enter your roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth
  5. Click ‘Submit’ to view your result
  6. Download and save the result for future reference

  • Class 12: 17.88 lakh students took exams in 120 subjects

Pass Criteria & Grace Marks

  • Class 10: Students must secure 33% overall, including theory and internal assessment
  • Class 12: A minimum of 33% is required separately in theory and practical exams
  • Grace Marks: CBSE may award grace marks if a student falls short by one or two marks
