Upcoming Student Elections Overview

The upcoming student union elections bring significant updates for candidates and voters alike. As preparations intensify across the campus, authorities have introduced specific guidelines to ensure a smooth and organized election process.

First-Year Student Eligibility

A notable highlight of this year’s electoral guidelines is the inclusion of newly enrolled students. Freshmen starting their academic journey are fully eligible to file their nominations for various posts.

To complete the nomination process, first-year candidates must present specific documentation. Required items include a verified fee receipt, a valid bonafide certificate featuring a passport-size photograph, and an official government-issued identity card.

Campus Traffic Management

In addition to candidate eligibility, administrative measures have been put in place to manage campus logistics. Strict curbs on vehicular movement will be enforced during the election period.

These traffic restrictions aim to maintain order, reduce congestion, and ensure the safety of pedestrians and students navigating the campus grounds while election activities are underway.
