Infibeam Avenues, a leading B2B payments and e-commerce solutions provider, has reported a 20% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit, reaching ₹55 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹46.6 crore in the same period last year. The company’s revenue surged 62% YoY, touching ₹1,160 crore, driven by higher payment volumes and rapid merchant onboarding.

Infibeam Avenues attributes its strong financial performance to expanded MSME penetration, the launch of new merchant soundbox solutions, and aggressive international expansion. The company onboarded 1.1 lakh new merchants in Q4, bringing its FY25 total to 4.2 lakh merchants, a 35% increase YoY.

Rights Issue & AI Expansion Plans

The board has approved a ₹700 crore rights issue to fund:

  • RediffPay launch (consumer digital payments platform)
  • AI-powered data center expansion (Infibeam Quantum Edge)
  • Global AI Agentic Marketplace development
