Nothing 77 1

UK-based tech innovator Nothing has officially confirmed that its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3, will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset—marking the brand’s most powerful device to date. The phone is set to debut globally on July 1, alongside the company’s first over-ear audio product, Nothing Headphone 1.

⚙️ Snapdragon 8s Gen 4: Performance Redefined

CEO Carl Pei revealed that the new chipset delivers a 36% boost in CPU, 88% improvement in GPU, and 60% stronger NPU performance compared to the Phone 2’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The octa-core processor features a Cortex-X4 prime core clocked at 3.2GHz, promising a smoother, AI-optimized user experience.

📱 Design Evolution and AI Integration

Breaking away from its signature Glyph interface, the Phone 3 introduces a new dot-matrix design language and a mysterious “Essential Space” key, hinting at deeper AI integration. Leaked renders suggest a triple-lens camera setup, possibly including a periscope telephoto shooter, and a 6.77-inch AMOLED 1.5K display.

🔋 Battery and Charging

The device is expected to house a battery larger than 5,000mAh, with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging, ensuring all-day power for heavy users.

💰 Expected Pricing and Availability

The Nothing Phone 3 will be available in 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants, priced at approximately ₹50,000–₹60,000 in India. It will be manufactured locally to meet regional demand.

With its flagship-grade hardware, bold design shift, and AI-first approach, the Nothing Phone 3 is poised to be a game-changer in the premium smartphone segment.
