Global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently opened up about her daughter Malti Marie’s joyful experience on the sets of her upcoming action-comedy film Heads of State, calling it “an absolutely incredible time.” The actress shared heartwarming anecdotes during the film’s premiere, revealing how her three-year-old daughter became a regular presence on set throughout the shoot in Provence, France.
Malti’s Set Adventures: Croissants and “Crafty”
Speaking to E! News, Priyanka said,
“She was with me filming this whole movie. We were on location in Provence, and while she was on set, she and her grandma would go to this bakery to get croissants and bring them home. She had the most amazing time.”
Malti even picked up some industry lingo, affectionately referring to craft services as “crafty,” a moment Priyanka described as “so cute.”
A Family Affair on a Global Stage
Malti’s presence on set reflects Priyanka’s commitment to balancing motherhood with her demanding international career. The actress, who shares Malti with husband Nick Jonas, welcomed their daughter via surrogacy in January 2022.
“She loved the set,” Priyanka added, noting how naturally Malti adapted to the film environment.
