Sterlite Technologies Ltd. (STL) has reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY25, with its net loss narrowing to ₹40 crore, compared to ₹82 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s revenue from operations saw a 25% year-on-year (YoY) increase, reaching ₹1,052 crore, up from ₹843 crore in Q4FY24. Additionally, EBITDA surged to ₹146 crore, reflecting a sharp improvement in EBITDA margin to 13.8%, its highest in six quarters.
STL attributed its improved performance to enhanced operating leverage in its Optical Networking segment and sustained demand from enterprise and data center clients across key markets.
For the full fiscal year FY25, EBITDA stood at ₹452 crore, down from ₹527 crore in FY24. However, quarterly EBITDA margin improved significantly to 13.9%, compared to 5.2% a year ago.
