Agartala – In a significant step toward inclusive governance, the Tripura government has declared all Panchayats in the state disability-friendly, ensuring greater accessibility for persons with disabilities (PwDs) in rural administration.
The announcement was made by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha during the National Panchayat Day celebrations in Agartala. Dr. Saha emphasized that the initiative aligns with the government’s commitment to empowering grassroots institutions and fostering equal participation in local governance.
