The company aims to maintain its 20% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR), following a 27.7% profit growth in FY25.

Key Project Launches in FY26

  • Filmistan Project (Goregaon) – Largest acquisition in Arkade’s portfolio, estimated GDV of ₹2,000 crore.
  • Redevelopment Projects – Three projects in Santacruz West, Goregaon West, and Malad West, contributing to the remaining GDV.
  • Land Acquisitions – Arkade secured 17.5 acres in Mumbai’s western suburbs, with a projected GDV of ₹6,790 crore.

Growth Strategy & Market Positioning

Arkade Developers is expanding into eastern Mumbai suburbs while strengthening its luxury housing portfolio. The company’s healthy balance sheet and robust cash flows position it for sustainable growth, despite rising competition from Adani Realty and Prestige Group.

Leadership Insights

Chairman Amit Jain emphasized that Mumbai’s real estate market remains highly competitive, but Arkade is well-positioned to capitalize on redevelopment opportunities, with 20,000 buildings in MMR due for redevelopment.

With a strong pipeline and strategic expansion, Arkade Developers is set to reinforce its presence in Mumbai’s premium housing sector.
