ITC Hotels Ltd has reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY25, with net profit rising by 20.5% year-on-year to ₹259 crore. The company also saw a 4.5% increase in revenue, reaching ₹1,061 crore compared to ₹1,015 crore in the same period last year.

Expansion Plans: New Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

ITC Hotels has approved a capital expenditure of ₹328 crore for the construction of a new hotel in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The upcoming property will feature nearly 200 keys and is expected to be completed by 2029. The project will be funded entirely through internal accruals, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strategic expansion.

Market Outlook & Growth Strategy

With 140 properties and approximately 13,000 keys, ITC Hotels aims to expand its portfolio to over 200 hotels with more than 18,000 keys by 2030. The company is focusing on an asset-light model, with 65% of its portfolio expected to be under management contracts.
